The program offered by our institution gives field workers from the most diverse areas of social work, care science and elementary and nursing education the possibility to: | receive new ideas and stimuli for their practical work,
| | extend the skills and competences needed in their work,
| | reflect on their attitudes towards their own person, their professional action and social reality,
| | acquire an additional certified qualification,
| | enable and deepen the networking of science, methodical approaches and practical work,
| | open a place of learning for former students of the ehs Dresden, field workers in different fields of activity and persons interested in special scientific questions. |
The possibilities of an institution of higher education are used to combine findings and experience from practical research with further education.
